A wedding as unique as you are ...

I might see the same type of roses, for example, but each couple adds their own taste and or uses a little of their own history. In this respect, those traditions become something distinctive and are done in a way that no one has ever seen before.

I think that is part of what drew me to specialize in weddings – those unique characteristics. Every weekend I see something new… it’s like watching a fantastic summer blockbuster movie…and I can’t wait to see how it all turns out! Some slide further toward the unusual – dog or monkey ring bearers for example or themed weddings.

``Blending your favorite music, along with my expertise,

we will work together to create a musical atmosphere
that is irresistible for dancing.”

I’ve performed at masquerade weddings, medieval-themed weddings, holiday receptions and receptions that featured cultural presentations.

One couple brought in professional dancers to perform parts of their favorite ballet, and another couple surprised their parents with a terrific performance involving acrobats and a Chinese dragon.

Then there are the emotions – when even I get teary-eyed. Recently, there was a bride whose parents were out of the country and unable to attend the wedding. The friends and family prepared web-casts for each and every moment, from the bride getting ready to the march down the aisle…all viewed by the bride’s parents via laptops and web-cams.

Another bride comes to mind…her father was unable to attend at the last minute due to travel issues, and she was determined not to choose a substitute. Seeing her walk nervously up the aisle, however, her groom stepped down from the altar and walked to meet her half way…there wasn’t a dry eye in that congregation!

And then there are the receptions… dancing, music, and all types of parties from mingling to all-out-bashes. It’s always fun to see a couple excited over their favorites, or guests cheering at when their own requests are heard. I love seeing those moments when grandma joins the crowd on the dance floor, or when some ring-bearer manages to out-dance even the hippest groomsman!
